On the menu: A Twitter friend of mine reminded me of a recipe this week. She jokingly asked if there is a dessert made with spaghetti, considering that there is rice pudding and all. I surprised her by replying that I know of an Indian dessert made with vermicelli. It's called kheer, and it's delicious. There are many variations, and this post explains them, along with some beautiful photographs.
